Directors' advances, credits and guarantees
At 31 May 2025, Director A, owed the company
£ 38,369
(2024 - £37,876). Total advances and credits during the year amounted to £ 42,823
including interest of £1,749. Total repayments amounted to £ 42,330
. Interest was charged at 2.5% per annum on the average outstanding balance each month until 31 March 2025, increasing to 4.0% thereafter. There is no fixed term for repayment. At 31 May 2025, Director B, owed the company
£ 38,369
