Directors advances, credits and guarantees
Mr Keith Brazier During the year the company provided the director with an interest free loan of £81,751.58 (£8,328.63 - 2024) of which £22,561.84 (£5,404.00 - 2024) was repaid, with the residual loan £59,360.20 (£170.46 - 2024) outstanding at the year end, which is unsecured, repayable on demand and shown under Current Assets.
Additional Disclosures
Amounts disclosed in the balance sheet Included in the balance sheet are financial commitments of £4,875.00 (2023 - £10,400.00). The hire purchase commitment is secured against fixed assets with a net book value of £Nil (Sold with Proceeds of £10,000.00) (2023 - £9,947.00) The company ceased trading on 31/05/2025 and it is the intention of the director to wind the company up.
