The average number of persons, including directors with service contracts, employed by the company during the year was 0 (2024 - 0).

The company has no income or expenditure in its own right.

Service charges collected from leaseholders are held on trust by the company for the purpose of meeting the relevant costs in relation to 9-36 The Goodwins, Tunbridge Wells, Kent in accordance with the provisions of Section 42 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987. Information relating to service charging in relation to the maintenance of the common parts of the property, in accordance with the lease for each maisonette/flat, is dealt with as a separate statement of account. As a consequence of having no income or expenditure in its own right, the company does not prepare a profit or loss account.

At 31 December 2025 the bank accounts in the company's name contained £15,660 (2024 : £6,285) which are held on trust for the leaseholders under Section 42 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987, and as such are excluded from this set of accounts.
