Directors advances, credits and guarantees
At the end of the year, the company owed £264,963 (2024 - £227,111) to
Shashi Chandarana
who is a director of the company.
For the year ending 31 August 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors responsiblities:
