1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

2. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Turnover
Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, value added tax and other sales taxes.

Tangible fixed assets
Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life.
Plant and machinery - 25% on cost
Fixtures and fittings - 25% on cost
Motor vehicles - 25% on reducing balance
Office equipment - 25% on cost

Stocks
Stocks are valued at the lower of cost and net realisable value, after making due allowance for obsolete and slow moving items.

12. RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES

At the year end £2,115,455 (2024 : £3,132,175) is showing as due to Javlin Estates Ltd, a related party.

The balance arises from sums paid to the company in respect of building work carried out for Javlin Estates Limited. Invoices are raised by the company to Javlin Estates Limited periodically to account for the sales value of the work carried out.

During the year sales recognised in the Income Statement amounted to £1,041,441 (2024: £nil) in respect of completed building work carried out for Javlin Estates Limited.

At the year end £2,562,551 (2024: £3,978,276) was included in work in progress in respect of building work carried out by the company for Javlin Estates Limited, which has been invoiced since the year end.

13. ULTIMATE CONTROLLING PARTY

100% of the issued share capital is beneficially owned by Mr & Mrs N Jarvis.
