| At the year end £2,115,455 (2024 : £3,132,175) is showing as due to Javlin Estates Ltd, a related party. |
| The balance arises from sums paid to the company in respect of building work carried out for Javlin Estates Limited. Invoices are raised by the company to Javlin Estates Limited periodically to account for the sales value of the work carried out. |
| During the year sales recognised in the Income Statement amounted to £1,041,441 (2024: £nil) in respect of completed building work carried out for Javlin Estates Limited. |
| At the year end £2,562,551 (2024: £3,978,276) was included in work in progress in respect of building work carried out by the company for Javlin Estates Limited, which has been invoiced since the year end. |
