Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

Valuation information and policy
On 22 April 2026, the company sold 24 Thornbury Grove. The property was carried at £90,000 at 31 August 2025. This is a non‑adjusting post balance sheet event.
