The Director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 4 (previous period: 4).
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
Included within debtors are amounts due from directors and connected parties totalling £9,400 (2024: £15,652). The balances are unsecured, interest free and repayable on demand. Included within creditors are amounts due to directors and connected parties totalling £12 (2024: £1,167). The balances are unsecured, non-interest bearing and repayable on demand.
Additional Disclosures
Turnover Recognition: The company operates central payroll and administrative functions on behalf of connected group undertakings. Employment costs incurred in relation to subsidiary companies are recharged at cost and recognised within turnover. Employees working within subsidiary undertakings are employed directly by those entities notwithstanding payroll processing being undertaken centrally by the company.
