The average number of persons employed by the company during the year was nil (2024: nil).

3 Going Concern

Covid-19 impact and its repercussions weighed heavily on the company's trading which resulted in heavy financial losses and the business could not be sustained. Hence, company ceased trading on 01/10/2020. On 19/02/2020, company's appeal against HMRC assessment of PAYE (Income tax and social security contributions) for prior years was dismissed by the first tier tribunal resulting in the affirmation of an assessment of £58,822.48 (including penalties). No provision has been made in the accounts for this amount.

, the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Director's responsibilities:
  • The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476;
