Notes to the financial statements:

1. Average number of employees

   During the year the average number of employees, including directors, was 1 (2024: 1).

2. Off-balance sheet arrangements

   The company has incurred substantial losses arising from a neighbouring property fire in April 2024 and is considering recovery proceedings against responsible parties. Estimated losses and future restoration costs total approximately £125,000. The company also continues to assess recovery options in respect of an overseas debtor balance. For the year ending 31 August 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
