These skills may lead to other opportunities such as volunteering, employment, or further education and we are able to facilitate this. Our business model is forever developing down new avenues and local people have benefitted enormously attending our centre whilst meeting peers in a similar position we now have gained new contracts with the Local Council and local community groups who believe in what we do in this safe space that we offer at Motiv8-lancs.
We consult with all our participants by providing visual and verbal feedback sheets which they complete regularly for us at Motiv8-lancs CIC including giving us the information to help us improve our service and provide opportunities for them to express what type of topics they would like to learn in the near future to improve their social skills. We have regular discussions about what they enjoy and from this feedback we make arrangements to provide this to enhance their experiences whilst taking part in our activities.
