These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

Additional Disclosures
Prior Period Presentation and Adjustment During the financial year ended 31 August 2025, the company undertook a comprehensive review of its historical financial data migration and core processing systems. Arising from this review, certain processing misalignments and data synchronization variances were identified relating to prior reporting periods. Specifically, these legacy IT system issues impacted the precise timing of recognition for certain operational transactions and associated historical balance sheet reconciliations. Consequently, the comparative figures for the period ended 31 August 2024 have been restated to correct these non-cash variances and to ensure alignment with substantiated underlying transactional data. The net effect of this adjustment has been absorbed within the opening capital and reserves for the current period, reducing the opening balance by £143,067. Management has since enhanced its system reconciliation protocols to mitigate the risk of future systemic processing variances.
