1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES
1a. Basis Of Accounting
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention.
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with FRS102 - The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland and the Companies Act 2006 .
1b. Depreciation
Depreciation has been provided at the following rates in order to write off the assets over their estimated useful lives.

1c. Pension Costs
The company operates a defined contribution pension scheme. The pension charge represents the amounts payable by the company to the fund in respect of the year.
1d. Policy For Recognition Of Income
Revenue is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable. Revenue is reduced for rebates and other similar allowances. Turnover includes income grants and funds for providing education training and activities for the young people we work with. The company is not registered for vat.

1e. Policy For Going Concern
The directors believe that the company is experiencing satisfactory levels of income including education contracts and grants, and that it is well placed to manage its business risks successfully. Accordingly they have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.

Salary costs of £169,741 (2024 £123,255) were reimbursed to Employability Solutions Ltd company number 8012085 for work done as employees on behalf of Employability Solutions Kirklees Ltd. £60,000 (2024 £60,000) was paid to Accessible Business Services Ltd, company number 9665324, for Educational Consultancy. £19,836 (2024 £22,599) was paid to Canteen Community Enterprise Ltd company number 13058818 for catering services. 3 directors of Employability Solutions Kirklees Ltd are also directors of Employability Solutions Ltd and Canteen Community Enterprise Ltd. One director is also a director of Accessible Business Services Ltd.
8. OTHER COMMITMENTS
