Balance sheet statements

    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Tangible Fixed Assets are depreciated over 5 years using the reducing balance method. Therefore depreciation is at 20% per annum.

Company activities and impact

V Hub has continued to educate the local community on cooking fresh healthy vegan foods and growing their own produce. We have regular cookery classes, bringing people together and encouraging a healthier lifestyle. We have been focusing on younger generation suffering with mental health and introduced cookery classes for children. V hub has benefited the local community by providing regular sessions to the local community to improve their health and giving them a space where they can develop relationships with others within community.

Consultation with stakeholders

The Stakeholders of the company are the local community who require support in improving their mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. In particularly those who are either moving to full vegan diet or a desire to introduce vegan meals into their diet, and learn to be more sustainable via growing their own Fruit and Vegetables. We continually monitor the needs of the stakeholders via feedback forms and make improvements on the back of the feedback forms

Directors' remuneration

Directors were paid a total of £2050 for services provided throughout the year.
