2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The company ceased trading on 31 May 2021 and has not traded since that date. The directors intend to apply for the company’s voluntary strike-off. Accordingly, these financial statements have been prepared as the final accounts of the company on a basis other than going concern in view of the planned cessation of the company’s operations. This change in basis of preparation has not required any material adjustment to the carrying amounts of the company’s assets and liabilities (as there are no outstanding liabilities and all remaining assets are monetary).
