COMMUNITY INTEREST ANNUAL REPORT

INTEGRATED COMMUNITY SERVICES CIC

Company Number: 13589211 (England and Wales)

Year Ending: 31 August 2025

Company activities and impact

Integrated Community Services CIC delivers a range of person-centred support services to adults with disabilities, learning difficulties, autism, and mental health needs across the local area. The organisation was established in 2021 to promote greater independence, inclusion, and community integration for vulnerable residents. During the financial year 2025-2026, the CIC’s activities have benefited the community in the following ways: Local residents with disabilities and additional support needs have been able to live more independently in their own homes or in supported living settings, with access to tailored daily living assistance, employment support, and community participation programmes that reduce reliance on institutional care. The number of individuals successfully supported into paid employment or voluntary roles has increased, with over 25 service users gaining meaningful work opportunities through the CIC’s job coaching and employer partnership scheme, thereby enhancing their financial independence and social inclusion. The organisation has provided full-time or part-time employment for 18 local staff members, many of whom are from the communities served, creating stable jobs and building local expertise in inclusive support services. 12 community-based micro-providers and small social enterprises such as therapeutic gardening projects, creative arts workshops, and accessible transport services have been able to develop and deliver their offerings through the CIC’s partnership and referral network. Over 85 households have received regular or occasional domestic, personal care, and befriending services, helping to reduce social isolation, support family carers, and enable people to remain active participants in their local community. These outcomes demonstrate the CIC’s commitment to creating a more inclusive, supportive, and sustainable local community.
