Directors advances, credits and guarantees
The company is reliant on the continued financial support of the directors. The directors have confirmed their intention to continue providing financial support to the company for the foreseeable future and not to demand repayment of amounts owed to them where this would affect the company’s ability to meet its liabilities as they fall due. Having considered the company’s future cash flows and the support available from the directors, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis. Accordingly, the financial statements do not include any adjustments that would be required if the company were unable to continue as a going concern.
