Additional Disclosures
Investments : The company’s investment is recorded at a cost of £52,809. As at 30 September 2025, the estimated market value of the investment was £19,735. However, in accordance with FRS 105, the investment continues to be held at cost and no fair value adjustment has been recognized in the financial statements. The directors consider the reduction in market value to be temporary in nature. 442 Logistics : A company registered in England & Wales, under the common control of the director B Hutton. An interest free loan of £74,000 was given by 442 Logistics Ltd to White Gold Investments Ltd, and was outstanding at the year end.
