Mindset Maintenance CIC is a Portsmouth based not for profit organisation enhancing community mental wellbeing and resilience through inclusive, low-cost events, workshops and meaningful collaboration with local wellbeing practitioners and organisations. Our approach focuses on building resilience and providing preventative support for mental health and wellbeing, rather than responding only after challenges arise.
