Company Overview Roar Through Art CIC delivers trauma-informed mental wellness programmes through creativity, education, and community engagement, addressing health inequalities, social isolation, and emotional wellbeing. Stakeholder Engagement Partnerships included Essex County Council, Cllr Aidan McGurran, Signpost (Jenny), BASIS, and Basildon Sheltered Housing Officers, enabling wider reach and stronger community trust. Eat Well Basildon Programme An 8-session programme combining nutrition education, cooking demonstrations, and wellbeing discussions to support healthier lifestyles. Youth Engagement Creative workshops supporting young people’s emotional literacy, confidence, and self-expression. Nourish & Natter Community sessions combining food and conversation to reduce isolation and promote wellbeing. Community Support Distribution 50 households supported through direct financial and food-related assistance.
