Principal activities of the company

During the financial year ending 31 July 2025, HAPHE CIC focused its efforts on establishing the vital relational networks, community dialogues, and supportive pathways required to assist individuals navigating major life transitions, with a particular focus on young people moving into independent living. Key activities focused on creating the foundation for future delivery, including: Relationship & Circle Building: Initiating dialogues and building collaborative relationships with community stakeholders, local networks, and supportive circles to ensure a robust ecosystem is in place for individuals in transition. Social Infrastructure Mapping: Identifying gaps in current informal support systems and designing community-based frameworks aimed at reducing isolation and strengthening social connections for transitional groups. Stakeholder Engagement: Consulting with individuals and relevant community voices to ensure our upcoming peer-led support models directly address the real-world needs of those navigating complex life changes. This foundational work ensures the social and communal networks are fully prepared to offer meaningful connection, resilience, and belonging as the initiative moves forward

Political and charitable donations

No significant charitable donations this year. £50 in all was received. It was a gift donation which was used entirely for outreach costs.
