WOPEE CIC continued its mission to elevate the voices of pioneering women throughout the year ended 31 August 2025, delivering monthly workshops designed to enhance the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing of members. These sessions support women to build confidence, develop leadership skills, and transform their aspirations into actionable plans. WOPEE's mission is to foster connection, innovation, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration, empowering women across diverse sectors including leadership, entrepreneurship, entertainment, and beyond. The organisation remains committed to creating a safe and supportive space for women to thrive in both their professional and personal lives. A key highlight for the organisation this year has been the planning and preparation for the inaugural WOPEE Honours Women's Retreat Weekend, scheduled to take place from 21 to 24 August 2026. The retreat will bring together existing members, honourees, and new members for an immersive weekend experience celebrating women's achievements and fostering deeper community bonds. The retreat is designed to honour the extraordinary contributions of women in their communities while providing a transformative space for reflection, growth, and connection. Looking ahead, WOPEE has plans to host the WOPEE Women's Night in April 2027, a flagship gala event celebrating and honouring inspirational women of Excellence from across the community. The organisation intends to alternate its headline events on a yearly basis, hosting the Women's Night one year and taking members, honourees, and new members on the Women's Retreat the following year. This alternating programme ensures that WOPEE's community continues to be celebrated and connected in meaningful ways year on year.
WOPEE continued to engage with community and organisation leaders throughout the year, building on the relationships established during previous consultations. The organisation remains focused on recognising and celebrating powerful women in leadership and community excellence, and stakeholder input has continued to shape the direction of WOPEE's programmes and events. The upcoming Honours Women's Retreat Weekend and the planned Women's Night in April 2027 reflect this collaborative approach, incorporating feedback from members and the wider community.
