The company has carried out monthly women's wellness sessions at the Birmingham Refugee and Migrant Centre, covers topics like depression in women and menopause. There has also be exercise sessions and wellness walks in local parks. The company hosts a bi-weekly women's only free fitness class. This is a session where children are welcome as they are taken care of by our children's staff, and they carry out arts and craft activities, along with kids fitness activities like boxing, football and obstacle courses. Health checks are carried out at the beginning of the sessions, and women are able to have there body analysis done, and their blood pressure taken. There are also trained counsellors present during the fitness sessions, on the occasion any of the women need someone to speak to.
No consultation with stakeholders
During this accounting period, one payment was made in respect of qualifying services of £280.
