Templum CIC has been taking time away from running community groups, in favour of spending time writing and preparing Community Training programs after getting help from them myself. I've had to make the CIC dormant for this time & not apply for any funding and instead use spare time to write out Neurodiverse-friendly & Creativity-inspired courses that aim to: - Help people in the community learn more about neurodiversity, the terms, the basic info (A 101 Course) - Look to create an employer/business focussed course that expands on the above and includes: Creative methods to help work with neurodiverse individuals, Stats & Info on how inclusive training & supportive/flexible workspaces can improve KPIs and Employee Retention - In person & Online training courses ranging from 2/3 hours to a full day Templum CIC's directors have been working alongside another local CIC called Sole Survivor CIC - learning and helping on their journey to provide training & awareness courses to the community around PTSD. The hope being that offering courses alongside theirs could bring in income and funding to restore the community groups.
