During the financial year, the company carried out a range of educational and cultural activities aimed at supporting children and young people from the Polish community and wider multicultural communities in the United Kingdom. A key area of activity was the delivery of radio workshops in Polish Saturday schools. These workshops focused on developing communication skills, promoting bilingualism, and building confidence through creative expression. Participants included children from diverse cultural backgrounds, often from mixed-nationality families, which contributed to intercultural understanding and inclusion. The company also organised a community cultural event as part of the Polish National Reading initiative in November 2024. The event brought together participants of different nationalities, including Polish and British attendees, as well as representatives of other communities. Literary works were read in both Polish and English, promoting accessibility, cultural exchange, and mutual understanding. Through these activities, the company has strengthened community cohesion, supported language development, and created inclusive spaces where cultural diversity is valued and celebrated.
The company’s stakeholders include students, parents, teachers, partner schools, and members of the wider community participating in events. Feedback is gathered informally through direct conversations during and after workshops, as well as through ongoing collaboration with schools and educators. This feedback has been used to adapt workshop formats, improve engagement, and ensure that activities remain inclusive and relevant to participants from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. The company continues to respond to community needs by developing activities that promote bilingualism, creativity, and social integration.
