Belvedere Business Park Management Company Limited ("the Company") is a private company limited by shares, incorporated in England and Wales. Its registered office is Leytonstone House, 3 Hanbury Drive, Leytonstone, London, E11 1GA.
The Company's principal activity during the year under review was the control, supervision and management, on behalf of the owners, of the site known as Belvedere Business Park, Belvedere, Kent.

Basis of preparation of financial statements

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention unless otherwise specified within these accounting policies and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland and the requirements and the Companies Act 2006 and the requirements of the Statement of Recommended Practice 'Accounting by Limited Liabilities Partnerships'. The disclosure requirements of Section 1A of FRS 102 have been applied other than where additional disclosure is required to show a true and fair view.
The following principal accounting policies have been applied:
In accordance with the terms of the leases and deeds of covenant, revenue comprises recharges of directly incurred expenses of the site known as Belvedere Business Park, Belvedere, Kent excluding discounts, rebates, value added tax and other sales taxes.
Short-term debtors are measured at transaction price, less any impairment.
Short-term creditors are measured at the transaction price.
