Additional Disclosures
Tangible fixed assets are stated at cost (or deemed cost) or valuation less accumulated depreciation and accumulated impairment losses. Depreciation is provided on all tangible fixed assets, at rates calculated to write off the cost, less estimated residual value, of each asset on a systematic basis over their expected useful lives as follows: Leasehold improvements 20% diminishing value Office equipment 20% diminishing value Computer equipment 20% diminishing value Plant & Machinery 20% diminishing value
