3. Loans to Directors

Included within Debtors is a loan to the directors of £2,370. The loan was unsecured, interest free and repayable on demand. The loan was repaid in full in May 2026.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
