| At the year end, the company owed it's directors £194,655. Of which £174,211 (2024: £131,061) to Ahmed Ouda, and £20,444 (2024: 17,256) to Amro Elahwal which are included within non-current liabilities.The balances are interest-free. The directors have no intention to withdraw their support. |
| During the year, the company entered into transactions with related party Adham Ouda. The balance outstanding at the year end: £153,767 (2024: £ 124,717.38). The balance is interest free and there is also no intention for the support to be withdrawn. |
