The company works to decrease persistent absence (PA) and Emotional Based School Avoidance (EBSA) particularly within the SEN community. It does this by working with local authorities to develop creative education packages. Delivering staff training and consultancy in schools. Delivering parenting programmes. Guest speaker spots at conferences and one to one work with young people who are currently out of education.
