    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    3 Accounting policies The principal accounting policies adopted in the preparation of the financial statements are set out below and have remained unchanged from the previous year, and also have been consistently applied within the same accounts. Basis of preparation The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluation of certain fixed assets. Presentation currency The accounts are presented in £ sterling. Tangible fixed assets and depreciation Tangible assets are included at cost less depreciation and impairment. Depreciation has been provided at the following rates in order to write off the assets over their estimated useful lives

Company activities and impact

Heart and Soul Hub is a mental health recovery hub for adults who can be referred to us for six months as part of the referral they work on our projects. Throughout this financial we have had referrals helping to plant and grow in the community garden with which we make pickles and jams in the kitchen project and we have built lots of garden accessories in the woodwork workshop. The referrals have benefited from our counselling and employment coaching provided by our volunteers and we have directly helped 62 people with more indirectly.

Consultation with stakeholders

We held a community meeting in which we discussed the current projects and received suggestions on possible new ideas and also discussed plans for new projects that were being implemented. With possible fund raising opportunities
