Company activities and impact

The Girls Rooms Beauty CIC provide professional training in beauty therapy treatments to underprivileged teenagers and low-income adults, while mentoring them to become future entrepreneurs and financially independent members of the community. Our training programmes cover both basic and advanced beauty therapy treatments, including: Basic and advanced facial treatments Eyebrow lamination Eyelash lamination Brow and lash tinting Full female body waxing Female intimate waxing In addition to practical beauty therapy skills, participants receive mentoring, guidance, and entrepreneurial support to help them develop confidence, gain employment opportunities, or start their own beauty businesses in the future. The Girls Rooms Beauty CIC aim is to empower young people and disadvantaged adults through education, skills development, and entrepreneurship, enabling them to build sustainable careers and improve their economic wellbeing. In the year ended 31 August 2025, The Girls Rooms Beauty CIC did not carry out any trading or community activities as the organisation was still in the process of seeking funding and financial support to commence its programmes and operations. During this period, the organisation focused on planning, development, and preparing its future training and mentoring programmes aimed at supporting underprivileged teenagers and low-income adults through beauty therapy education and entrepreneurship opportunities.

The stakeholders of The Girls Rooms Beauty CIC include underprivileged teenagers, low-income adults, local communities, trainers, volunteers, funding bodies, partner organisations, and the directors of the CIC.
