During the financial year, the company provided platforms and activities that supported emotional wellbeing, creativity, and positive community interaction through music, mentorship, advocacy, and educational programs. UnlockedHub CIC organised and promoted therapeutic live music sessions and community engagement activities that brought together people from different backgrounds, cultures, and age groups, helping to reduce loneliness, encourage connection, and promote mental wellbeing. The company also worked towards empowering young people and members of the community through skill development initiatives, mentorship opportunities, and creative talent support. These activities encouraged self expression, confidence building, and personal growth, particularly among youths and individuals facing social or emotional challenges. In addition, UnlockedHub CIC used digital platforms and online outreach to reach a wider audience with messages of hope, encouragement, mental health awareness, and community support. The organisation continued developing projects aimed at supporting vulnerable individuals and creating safe spaces where people feel heard, valued, and inspired. The company’s activities have had a positive social impact by promoting wellbeing, encouraging community participation, supporting creativity, and helping individuals unlock their potential regardless of background or circumstances.
UnlockedHub CIC has engaged with a range of stakeholders during the financial year to better understand community needs and improve the impact of its activities and services. The company’s stakeholders include members of the local community, young people, online participants and supporters, volunteers, mental health advocates, musicians and creatives, community partners, and individuals who participate in the organisation’s programmes and events. Consultation with stakeholders has taken place through direct conversations, community engagement activities, social media interactions, livestream sessions, feedback from participants, online communication, and informal discussions during events and programmes. The company has also received feedback through messages, comments, surveys, and ongoing engagement with community members and supporters. Feedback from stakeholders highlighted the importance of creating more safe and supportive spaces for mental health awareness, youth empowerment, music based wellbeing initiatives, mentorship opportunities, and community connection activities. Stakeholders also expressed interest in more educational and talent development programmes, both online and in person. In response to the feedback received, UnlockedHub CIC has continued developing initiatives focused on mental health awareness, therapeutic music engagement, youth and talent development, and community outreach activities. The company has also taken steps to improve accessibility and engagement through digital platforms, increased community participation opportunities, and plans for future in person programmes and events. The company remains committed to listening to stakeholders and using feedback to strengthen its services and maximise positive community impact.
