The financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2026 have been prepared on a basis other than going concern. Following the end of the financial year, the directors have decided to place the company into a Members’ Voluntary Liquidation. As a result, the going concern basis is no longer considered appropriate.

The assets and liabilities have therefore been measured on a basis that reflects the directors’ intention to realise the assets and settle the liabilities in the course of the planned liquidation.

For the year ended 31 March 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
