The directors present their report with the financial statements of the company for the period ended 31 October 2025

Principal activities of the company

Our principal activities continue to be online radio broadcasting. We have over 100 regular shows, with each resident paying a subscription fee. This gives them access to our fully equipped studio, live streams, social media posts, residents socials and more. We also have hosted a hand full of free live events. We also continue to try and work with local funding bodies to create projects that serve & uplift our local community, through mentoring and opportunities for underrepresented groups

Company policy on disabled employees

We actively encourage and welcome volunteers who may identify as diabled, be it physically or mentally. A lot of our volunteers and residents are in the Neurodiverse spectrum with a few that require extra assistance due to physically disability. Our senior staff are all trained and equipped to deal with anyone who requires extra assistance. Extra guidance with equipment, access to quiet, calm spaces and flexibility with our working space in order to make it more accessible are all things we have exercised throughout the year

We have continued to nurture our community through ongoing radio programming and live events. We hold regular socials for residents to come together, regular social media posts to over 10k followers, sharing the stations activities, goals and achievements. We also continue to train and develop our studio volunteers
