Additional Disclosures
The company ceased trading during the year ended 31 May 2026. The directors intend to apply for voluntary strike-off under Section 1003 of the Companies Act 2006. Following the year end, a final dividend was declared and paid to the shareholders from the available distributable reserves. There are no further liabilities or commitments outstanding.
