The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The Company's financial statements have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The Company has opted not to file the Directors' Report and Profit and Loss Account in accordance with provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

NOTES TO THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 NOVEMBER 2025

1.	General information

The Company is a private company limited by share capital and is incorporated in England and Wales, registered number 15311560. The address of the registered office is 40 Queen Anne Street, London W1G 9EL. The Company is a dormant company, and therefore did not trade during the current financial year or prior financial period. These financial statements are presented in pounds sterling.

2.Accounting policies

2.1

Basis of preparation of financial statements

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention unless otherwise specified within these accounting policies and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102, "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland" (FRS 102) and the Companies Act 2006.

The comparative represents the period from incorporation on 27 November 2023 to 30 November 2024.

The financial statements present information about the Company as a single entity.

3.	Activities and Profit and Loss Account

The Company has not traded during the year, nor made any profits or loss nor incurred any liabilities. There were no recognised gains or losses relating to the year (2024: £nil).

The directors did not receive any emoluments for their services to the Company during the year (2024: £nil).
