1 Statutory information

2 Directors' advances, credit and guarantees
As at the year end 30th September 2025, the director - Tanya Petherick owed the company £121.00 and the director - Samantha Thomson owed the company £5,020.33. The loans are interest free with repayment date within 9 months of year end. The director loans owed to the company are included in the statement of financial position within current assets - other debtors.
3 Average number of employees
During the period the average number of employees was 0.
For the period ending 30 September 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
