Incontrol-able CIC supports disabled people and their carers individually with independent advice and support in and around the town of Hartlepool. Incontrol-able CIC also provides disability awareness / equality training sessions in the community. The company benefits the community by -Securing funding to maintain aims and objectives - Provide employment opportunities for those with Learning Disabilities - Involvement with local partnership boards, agencies and organisations - Build professional working relationships with the local authorities and NHS
The company’s stakeholders are the people we support daily, and the Trusts and organisations that provide us with project funding in furtherance of our aims and objectives. The two directors are both professionals in social work and nursing respectively, enabling us to provide quality and professional service to our customers. All our customers, guests and people who attend our training sessions are provided with the opportunity to complete feedback forms; write in our office comment book to say what they like or don’t like about the company, or to suggest ways to do things differently. We contact stakeholders / funder as a matter of cause to ensure they are keptup to datee with our work and progress
