Basis of preparation

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the small companies regime.

The director has assessed the company's ability to continue as a going concern and, having regard to its profitability, cash flow forecasts and available resources, has concluded that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis.
