1. Directors' advances, credits and guarantees

At 30 September 2025 Mr A S MacKinnon owed the company £14,109 (2024 - £4,090). At 30 September 2025, the company owed Mrs C Thompson £31,721 (2024 - £24,689).

For the year ending 30 September 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Directors' responsibilities:
