At the beginning of the year there was £18,789 included in debtors, due from the Director. During the year this amount has been fully repaid by the director. Interest has been charged at the beneficial loan interest rate of 3.75% (Pre 5 April 2025 2.25%) and amounted to £297.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.
