    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Turnover policy

    Turnoverismeasuredatthefairvalueoftheconsiderationreceivedorreceivable,netofdiscountsandvalueaddedtaxes.Turnoverincludesrevenueearnedfromthesaleofgoodsandfromtherenderingofservices.Turnoverfromthesaleofgoodsisrecognisedwhenthesignificantrisksandrewardsofownershipofthegoodshavetransferredtothebuyer.Turnoverfromtherenderingofservicesisrecognisedbyreferencetothestageofcompletionofthecontract.Thestageofcompletionofacontractismeasuredbycomparingthecostsincurredforwork performed to date to the total estimated contract costs.

Company activities and impact

POWER 2 CREATIVITY CIC created purpose-built music, media, and dance studios. Through our established infrastructure we have been facilitating the development of creatives within the music, media and dance industries. We have encouraged at risk young people and young adults to explore their passion within theses 3 areas by helping them with their confidence and career opportunities surrounding them.
