Additional Disclosures
Cessation of trade The company ceased trading on 30 April 2026. The directors intend to apply for the company to be struck off the register following settlement of all outstanding liabilities and completion of the statutory filing requirements. Post year end and closure arrangements During the year the company disposed of its motor vehicle to the director at market value. The proceeds have been credited to the director's loan account.
