Related parties
Included in creditors amounts falling due after more than one year is a £180,001 unsecured loan from Sirrom Ltd a company that is under the control of the Director. The loan carries no interest and has no fixed repayment terms.
For the period ending 30 June 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
