Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The balance sheet date of the accounts is 25/5/26, not 30/9/25. There was no option to select the actual balance sheet date. The company is filing for an extended accounting period as the company is to be dissolved so the accounts have been prepared for the entire duration of the company existence. The bank account has been cleared to zero at the balance sheet date ahead of the application to strike off. The company therefore had no liabilities at the balance sheet date
