Lease
At inception, the company assesses whether a contract contains a lease. The company recognises a right-of-use asset and a corresponding lease liability at the commencement date, measured at the present value of future lease payments, discounted using the company's obtainable borrowing rate.
Right-of-use assets are measured at cost and subsequently depreciated over the lease term. Lease liabilities are measured at amortised cost, with interest recognised in profit or loss. Lease payments are allocated between a reduction of the liability and a finance charge.
Going concern
The director has received assurance of the continued support of the parent company, which has confirmed that it will continue to provide the financial resources necessary for the company to meet its financial commitments as they fall due for at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Therefore, the director considers it appropriate that the financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis.
