The CIC operates with the support of an informal community steering and advisory network, comprising local stakeholders, users and delivery partners who provide feedback on community needs, emerging priorities and future programme development. This feedback helps inform decisions regarding facility usage, programme design and community investment. The company also maintains regular engagement with key funding and strategic partners, including organisations such as Sporting Capital and Adidas, to review project delivery, community outcomes and opportunities for future development. Stakeholder feedback has directly influenced the range of activities delivered at the facility, helping ensure that services remain relevant, accessible and responsive to local demand.
