1.	Accounting Policies Basis of accounting The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the FRS 105 Financial Reporting Standard for Micro Entities (effective January 2016).

2.	Average number of employees Average number of employees during the year was 1 (2024: 1).

3.	Director Advances Credits Note There is loan £7,254.21 owed to company, it is interest free, unsecured and has no set repayment terms.
