Company activities and impact

Community Benefit Report – Inside Success Union CIC During the financial year, Inside Success Union CIC continued to deliver activities aimed at improving employment, skills development, and social mobility for young people and members of the local community. Youth Vendor Employment Programme The organisation operated its Youth Vendor Employment Programme, providing young people with opportunities to gain paid work experience, develop communication and sales skills, improve confidence, and build workplace readiness. Participants were supported through structured work placements where they engaged with the public, promoted community initiatives, and developed transferable skills that can be applied to future employment opportunities. Recruitment and Employment Opportunities Inside Success Union CIC created and supported a range of employment opportunities including Youth Vendor, Team Leader, Recruitment, and Administrative roles. These positions enabled individuals to gain practical workplace experience, develop leadership and management skills, and increase their employability. Team Leaders received additional responsibility for supervising and mentoring others, while administrative and recruitment roles provided valuable experience in office-based and organisational functions. Training and Skills Development The organisation delivered a variety of training services through both live and recorded online webinars. These sessions covered employability, personal development, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, communication skills, and career progression. By making training available online, participants were able to access learning opportunities flexibly regardless of their location or personal circumstances. Community Impact Through its employment, leadership, and training programmes, Inside Success Union CIC has helped individuals develop practical skills, increase confidence, access work opportunities, and improve their future career prospects. These activities have contributed to the CIC’s mission of supporting young people and members of the community to achieve greater economic independence, personal development, and social inclusion.
