The average number of persons employed by the company during the year amounted to

Directors' advances, credits and guarantees
The director has a current account with the company. As at 31 January 2026 £37 was owed to the company from the Director (31 January 2025 £2,712). No interest is charged on the loan amount.
For the year ending 31 January 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors' responsibilities:
